Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Rentio (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your team members’ use of the Service.

3. Subscriptions, trials & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Customer payments

If you connect a payment account to collect deposits or charges from your own customers, those funds settle directly to your connected account. You are the merchant of record for those transactions and responsible for refunds, chargebacks and disputes.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or in a way that disrupts or compromises the Service or other tenants.

6. Data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you upload about your customers.

7. Warranty, liability & changes

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
