Account and organization details (name, email, company info), the operational data you enter (vehicles, reservations, customers, contracts, inspections), and usage/diagnostic data.

To provide and improve the Service, process subscription billing, provide support, and keep the platform secure.

3. Processors we share with

We use trusted sub-processors to run the Service: Supabase (database/auth/storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

4. Security & retention

Data is isolated per organization and protected with access controls. We retain data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

5. Your rights
